JOB SUMMARY

The Key Technology Operations and Services (KTOS)Data LiteracyProgram Manager is responsible for executing the strategy forData Literacyprograms inclusive ofData Inventory Data CatalogParty & Reference Dataand AI Ready Data.This high visibility rolewill be collaborating closely witha number oftechnology and business partners to deliver critical data management capabilities in a highly matrixed environment.

Program Manager responsibilities includefacilitating andexecuting onstrategic activities developing and driving long-term program objectives (quarterly planning data management capabilities adoption & changemanagementand high-level strategic roadmaps) as well as day-to-day execution of the program (issue resolution budgets coordination across multiple highly matrixedteamand metric reporting).

This role provides an excellent opportunity for high visibility with executives across theorganization andoffersthe opportunity to work with a broad range of internal partners.

This role reports directly to theHead ofData Literacy.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

TheData LiteracyProgram Manager managesprogramsand works closely with Enterprise Data and Analytics Services (EDAS) Leaders Risk leaders Information Security and Privacy leaders to successfullyplan implement and execute strategic deliveries.

The Program Manager is responsible for:

Lead programsby staying aligned on program scope release planning as well as aligning one or more teams on vision business goals creating program structure and securing cross-functional alignment.

Quarterly Program Increment Planningthat supports strategic goals forData Literacyresultingin well thought out and achievable roadmaps for teams supportingtheData Literacyprogram

Provide visibility to program status(issues risks metrics etc.) on an ongoing & regular basis to stakeholders team members and interested parties.

Work through ambiguity leadingData Literacyprogramsacross multiple teams

Lead working sessionswith stakeholders forData Literacyprograms to help make key decisions remove obstacles and address key program issues. Be the key driver to ensure business goals are met and drive the strategic vision forData Literacy

Partnerwith cross-functional teammatesdriveworkgroup alignment meetings to address tactical release issues dependencies team status metrics review milestones etc. (cross functional - Product Owners Scrum LeadsSecond Line of Defense(2LOD)and Internal Audit(3LOD)).

Manage program/feature dependenciesacross multiple teams scrum teams functions divisions and stakeholders.

Be a catalystwithin the organization someone who can help advance our Enterprise Data & Analytics Services strategy globally and drive others in the organization to change.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelorsdegree or equivalent work experience

4 years of relevant work experience

Ability to articulate a compelling vision and engagestakeholders.

Ability to engage and effectively communicate with a variety of stakeholders and audiences including leaders senior executives and other internalpartners.

Highlyproficient increating presentations status reports managing issues and risksproject planstracking action items etc. leveraging tools including the full suiteifMicrosoft 365 software suite (PPT Word Excel etc.)

Excellent collaboration skills and ability to manage mostly through influence to keep a variety of stakeholders engaged coordinated and performing at a highlevel.

Strong professional presence

Proven ability to handle multiple priorities and deliverables while maintaining attention to detail and highly effective execution

Ability to workacross differentdeliverymodels (Agile Waterfall Hybrid) and drive clarity acrossefforts.

Strong analytical skills to generate insights regardingthe programsuccess.

Continuous improvementmindset;thought leader who can evolve the program with the changing needs of the business

2 years working in an agile deliverymodel.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Priorprogrammanagement experience

Experience indata &technology

Experience in working in a regulated environment

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $96000.00 - $181000.00 annually. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors including but not limited to skills experience and geographic location. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for incentive compensation which may include production commission and/or discretionary incentives.
