About the Team & Business Line:
For over 75 years Citco has developed an ethos of service excellence and partnership in corporate fiduciary and administration that our clients rely upon. Through our global office network we provide a full suite of corporate administrative services to set up administer and maintain corporate entities throughout their life cycle.
Working with our C2S team you will work with multinationals corporates and private clients to provide critical support that helps them meet the increasing regulatory and compliance requirements that shape the industry.
Responsibilities
- Work with various C2S support teams for administrative and commercial matters related to Third Party Service Providers (TPSPs).
- Conduct market research of potential TPSPs gather relevant information on the jurisdictions government economy legal system and such other data that will be used as basis for sound selection of TPSPs.
- Assist in developing and maintaining the global network of TPSPs.
- Conduct due diligence and risk assessments necessary to engage TPSPs in accordance with established procedures.
- Facilitate the drafting and signing of Service Agreements to establish cooperation with TPSPs.
- Ensure proper documentation of all TPSP transactions (i.e. uploading signed agreements and other important information into SharePoint and updating of relevant databases)
- Provide C2S stakeholders and other Citcos lines of business with accurate and timely information relating to TPSPs.
- Provide pricing assistance for C2S proposals to prospective clients in collaboration with the Proposal Team.
- Work with other team members to perform ad-hoc tasks as deemed required by the business.
Qualifications
- Possess a bachelors degree in law (preferred) / International Studies / Business Management; if academic background is outside of these areas listed work experience in a function related to the scope of work will also be considered.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex environment.
- Impactful communicator (written and verbal) when interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and expand responsibilities as needed to support team objectives and organizational goals.
- Capable of performing tasks within a team setting with minimal supervision.
