Job Description

About the Role:

The Team: The Financial Modeling team partners with the Client Services Relationship Management and Sales team by helping them with client requests related to a wide range of product offerings of S&P Capital IQ and Market Intelligence Platform which includes web platform Dashboard and Screening tool.

The Impact: Lead a team of 5 to 6 highly motivated and professional individuals by creating a positive work environment and drive team members efforts to achieve business and individual objectives. Be a role model for people and peer group; communicate with passion and enthusiasm embrace change as a way of working and lead by example.

Responsibilities:

  • Effective delivery of solutions using S&P Capital IQ and Market Intelligence platforms.
  • Foster a client -focused working environment with clear responsibilities and expectations for team.
  • Demonstrates advanced understanding of the product and platforms.
  • Set performance objectives to align with the organizations strategy .
  • Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments.
  • Provides feedback/feed forward in a constructive way and coach employees throughout the year.
  • Assists management with hiring processes; Lead the training efforts and develop associates as they are hired.
  • Active contributor in meetings and encourages group participation.
  • Able to successfully create and independently manage projects. Proactively looks for opportunities to lead projects.
  • Able to develop implement and improve procedures that streamline team workflow.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple responsibilities/projects at once. Knows how to balance shifting priorities and delegate where necessary.
  • Quick in decision making when needed and ability to resolve conflicts.
  • Ability to independently manage the interactions with various unified teams.

  • Possess strong knowledge of financial data delivery products like S&P Capital IQ and other competitive product offerings.
  • Possess strong analytical skills and decision-making skills.

  • Highly responsible proactive problem solver and ability To multitask.

Education: Post Graduate Degree in Accounting Finance and/or equivalent education

Experience: 4-7 years of relevant experience.


Shifts: Ready to work in rotational shifts
