Job Summary:
As a Service Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the service and maintenance operations for the dealership.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of service technicians and service advisors including hiring training and evaluating employees.
- Ensure that customers receive prompt courteous and effective service by providing concierge support to build a positive relationship with customers.
- Oversee the quality and accuracy of repair and maintenance work.
- Handling conflicts that may arise within the service department and addressing customer complaints in a professional and effective manner.
- Distribute work between technicians.
- Prioritize required services.
Qualifications:
- Previous service manager experience in automotive dealershipservice department.
- Knowledge of automotive systems diagnostics and repair procedures
- Knowledge of CDK preferred
- Computer skills including knowledge of automotive service management software.
- Experience managing and motivating a team in a positive manner.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers and vendors.
- Organized and detail oriented.
- Valid drivers license with a good driving record.
