Corporate - The Corporate department within Retention and Client Services is dedicated to fostering long-term client relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction across our portfolio. We focus on strategic account management client retention and service excellence working closely with brokers and internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet the evolving needs of our corporate clients. Our mission is to uphold the integrity of our services while driving growth through proactive engagement expert support and continuous improvement.
Job Description
Atradius is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Account Manager. This role is pivotal in maintaining and strengthening relationships with our valued clients and brokers ensuring the delivery of high-quality service and support. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in finance or insurance a passion for client advocacy and the ability to navigate complex policy structures with confidence and clarity. As part of a collaborative and international environment you will play a key role in driving client retention and satisfaction.
