Job Description
- Degree preferred but not required
- Previous background in manufacturing (ideally food/beverage automotive etc) and at least 3-4 years of experience
- Must have some previous leadership or management experience ideally over a team of technicians or operators
- Must have previously worked in a manufacturing environment that utilized a CMMS (computerized maintenance management system) and know the value that a system like that brings
