Position Description - Understand and follow manufacturing instructions and Quality System Requirements as per training
- Read and understand engineering drawings shop orders work instructions and all operations and manufacturing instructions.
- Meet and exceed production and quality goals
- Perform daily duties in manufacturing areas such as completing daily labor sheets.
- Work with management to resolve discrepancies and errors.
- Follow up and correct problems if required.
- Understand and comply with company safety rules and company policies.

Approval The Executive Team (CEO Controller Chief Marketing and Merchandising Officer VP of Operations Human Resources) will be involved in all hires. Team determines need Human Resources will facilitate the process and select candidates Controller will verify budget for the position. The positions direct manager will also be part of the interviewing and decision making process as well as a possible peer. |

- Proficient in general computer knowledge.
- Ability to perform basic math

Equipment Used: CNC Machine Work Environment: Must stand and walk for a minimum of 8 hours per day or longer in overtime situations. Must be able to lift heavy product or raw materials up to 100 pounds multiple times per hour (heavy loads must be team-lifted). Work is performed in a sometimes hot cold humid noisy industrial environment and around dust oil grease chemicals and other substances.
