OUR OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and oversee multiple projects within our organization ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project and program management excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage crossfunctional teams while driving efficiency and delivering results.
YOU WILL
Develop and manage program strategies objectives and roadmaps in alignment with business goals.
Oversee multiple interdependent projects ensuring successful execution delivery and impact.
Define program scope milestones budgets and timelines ensuring timely completion.
Identify and manage program risks dependencies and issues while implementing mitigation plans.
Collaborate with project managers business leaders and crossfunctional teams to drive program success.
Manage and mentor project managers and team members fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program success.
Ensure best practices methodologies and frameworks (Agile Scrum Waterfall etc.) are followed.
Requirements
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE YOU NEED
Bachelor s degree in IT Computer Science or any other related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience as Project/ Program Management withing the banking and fintech sector.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile Scrum Waterfall etc.).
Proficiency in program management tools such as Jira MS Project or Trello.
PMP PgMP or Agile certification is a plus.
