- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our offerings
- Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Stay uptodate with industry trends competitor activities and market dynamics
- Utilize CRM systems to manage customer information and track sales activities
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management
- Participate in trade shows conferences and networking events to promote our brand
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and tactics to drive business growth
Qualifications :
- Proven track record of at least 3 years of successful sales experience preferably in a related industry
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and experience with CRM systems
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver engaging presentations tailored to diverse audiences
- Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach to sales
- Fluency in both Arabic and English
- Indepth knowledge of local market trends and competitive landscape
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel within Al Khor and surrounding areas as needed
- Adaptability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment
- Strong ethical standards and customerfocused mindset
