Job Summary

NOK is currently hiring for a very wellknown ecommerce company.

Handle incoming chats telephone contacts and solve them in a timely manner and efficient manner

Working Hours are 8 productive Hours 1 Hr Of break (Total 9 Hrs)

Annual leave Sick and Maternity as per Egyptian labor law

Requirements:

Strong problemsolving communication and team player
