Job Summary

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Oversee recruitment process to ensure the company attracts hires and retains the best employees
  • Manage performance appraisal systems to drive high performance
  • Design and implement comprehensive training and development programs
  • Support business needs through organizational design staffing and workforce planning
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies systems tactics and procedures across the organization
  • Nurture a positive working environment
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
  • Manage the organizations compensation programs ensuring internal equity and market competitiveness

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in management or equivalent is a must where Degree in Human Resources is a plus
  • Proven working experience as HR Director within luxury hospitality background
  • People oriented and results driven
  • Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
  • Excellent active listening negotiation and presentation skills
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices

Additional Information :

experience is an asset
Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
Fluency in English
additional languages are a plus
