Description du poste

En tant que Responsable Stratgie de Connexion vous serez responsable de dfinir et dincarner la vision stratgique des campagnes mdias de nos clients. Votre rle est danticiper les dfis daffaires didentifier les insights percutants et de traduire ces apprentissages en directions stratgiques claires et inspirantes. Vous serez la fois cratif analytique et proactif tout en assurant la synergie entre les expertises internes (Marketing Science Numrique etc.) et externes (partenaires cratifs agences associes).

Vous aurez un rle dcisionnel dans les orientations daffaires en challengeant les briefs afin quils correspondent des objectifs ralistes et mesurables. Vous serez galement un leader de proximit coachant au quotidien les planificateurs stratgiques et soutenant lamlioration continue de nos processus et de notre produit stratgique.

Responsabilits

Stratgie et cadrage:

  • Mener la recherche analyser les tendances mdia et les comportements consommateurs pour dgager des insights stratgiques forts
  • Dfinir les orientations globales les KPIs et le potentiel cratif des campagnes.
  • Concevoir des stratgies mdias holistiques et diffrencies intgrant les nouvelles tendances et technologies.
  • Assurer le cadrage des projets : challenger les briefs clarifier les objectifs daffaires et proposer des pistes innovantes.
  • laborer et prsenter les grandes ides les stratgies et la rpartition budgtaire aux clients.

Collaboration et synergie

  • Travailler en amont avec les quipes internes (Marketing Science contenu data etc.) et externes (Bleu Blanc Rouge partenaires mdias) pour garantir des stratgies intgres.
  • Coordonner la contribution des diffrentes expertises dans le dveloppement stratgique.
  • Prsenter et dfendre les stratgies auprs des clients en crant un climat de confiance et de collaboration.

Leadership et coaching

  • Coacher et accompagner les planificateurs stratgiques pour assurer la qualit de lexcution et lalignement avec la vision.
  • Contribuer linnovation et la diffrenciation de notre produit stratgique.
  • Diriger des projets structurants visant amliorer les processus de travail et gnrer de la valeur ajoute.

valuation et suivi

  • valuer la performance des campagnes via des tudes post-mortem et des cas mdias (concours site web)
  • Produire et documenter des POVs (points de vue) stratgiques et des tudes holistiques sur les cibles et tendances mdias.
  • Assurer un suivi rigoureux de la cohrence stratgique tout au long du cycle de vie des campagnes.

Exigences

  • Exprience : 4 7 ans en stratgie et planification mdia avec une matrise des canaux nationaux (offline et online).
  • Formation : Diplme universitaire en marketing communication ou domaine connexe.
  • Matrise des outils de planification et danalyse : Vividata Comscore NLogic Infosys Google Analytics ou Adobe Analytics.
  • Connaissance des environnements SEM programmatique et mdias sociaux payants.
  • Bonne comprhension des pratiques doptimisation et des plateformes de gestion de donnes (DMPs).
  • Excellente matrise de la suite Microsoft Office et Google Workspace.
  • Bilinguisme (franais anglais).
  • Exprience dans les services financiers ou institutions bancaires (atout).

Job Description

As a Lead strategy & connection you will be responsible for defining and embodying the strategic vision of our clients media campaigns. Your role is to anticipate business challenges identify impactful insights and translate these learnings into clear and inspiring strategic directions. You will be creative analytical and proactive while ensuring synergy between internal (Marketing Science Digital etc.) and external (creative partners associated agencies) expertise.

You will play a decisive role in business orientations challenging briefs to ensure they align with realistic and measurable objectives. You will also be a close leader coaching strategic planners daily and supporting the continuous improvement of our processes and strategic product.

Responsibilities

Strategy and Framework:

  • Lead research analyze media trends and consumer behaviors to extract strong strategic insights.
  • Define global orientations KPIs and the creative potential of campaigns.
  • Design holistic and differentiated media strategies integrating new trends and technologies.
  • Ensure project framing: challenge briefs clarify business objectives and propose innovative avenues.
  • Develop and present big ideas strategies and budget allocation to clients.

Collaboration and Synergy:

  • Work upstream with internal teams (Marketing Science content data etc.) and external partners (Bleu Blanc Rouge media partners) to ensure integrated strategies.
  • Coordinate the contribution of different expertise in strategic development.
  • Present and defend strategies to clients creating a climate of trust and collaboration.

Leadership and Coaching:

  • Coach and support strategic planners to ensure quality of execution and alignment with the vision.

Evaluation and Monitoring:

  • Evaluate campaign performance through post-mortem studies and media cases (contests website).
  • Produce and document strategic POVs (points of view) and holistic studies on targets and media trends.
  • Ensure rigorous monitoring of strategic coherence throughout the campaign lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Experience: 4 to 7 years in media strategy and planning with mastery of national channels (offline and online).
  • Education: University degree in marketing communication or a related field.
  • Proficiency in planning and analysis tools: Vividata Comscore NLogic Infosys Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
  • Knowledge of SEM programmatic and paid social media environments.
  • Good understanding of optimization practices and data management platforms (DMPs).
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Bilingualism (French English).
  • Experience in financial services or banking institutions (an asset).
