Must-Have Skills (Non-Negotiable)

5 years in Azure DevOps infrastructure or release engineering
CI/CD tools: GitHub Actions Jenkins Azure DevOps
Cloud: Azure
Infrastructure-as-code: Terraform Ansible
Containerization & orchestration: Docker Kubernetes Rancher
Monitoring & logging: Hands-on Dynatrace

Nice-to-Haves (Negotiable)

Background in warehousing logistics or supply chain
Familiarity with large-retail enterprise systems
Experience with monitoring tools like Datadog or Prometheus
