- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud HCM
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Develop and/or fine tune estimating models and methodologies
- Minimum 10 years of experience In-depth functional experience with Oracle HCM Cloud modules including Core HR Benefits Compensation Talent Management and Absence Management

- Advanced understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM product suite and Human Resource End-to-End Business Flows
- Advanced understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP overall solution
- Act as a subject matter expert for Oracle HCM Cloud applications providing guidance on best practices for core HR compensation benefits talent management
