Job Description
Job Title: SWIFT Infrastructure Support Senior Associate
Location: Hybrid (within 50 miles of Plano TX or Reston VA onsite required)
Employment Type: Permanent

About the Role
We are seeking a SWIFT Infrastructure Support Senior Associate to join our Cloud Infrastructure and Technology Engineering this role you will design and support moderately complex IT infrastructure solutions with a strong focus on SWIFT technologies Linux/Unix systems middleware and cloud migration. You will play a key role in ensuring performance reliability and compliance across mission-critical financial platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop solutions for IT infrastructure components and application design.
Monitor and optimize the performance and capacity of IT platforms.
Draft and maintain policies guidelines and SOPs for infrastructure management.
Provide hands-on engineering support for SWIFT and related technologies.
Support migration from on-premises infrastructure to cloud environments.
Collaborate in agile teams contributing to solution design and delivery.
Must-Have Qualifications
2 years of experience in engineering Linux/Unix systems.
Strong expertise in cloud technologies and cloud migration projects.
Hands-on experience with middleware/messaging products (IBM MQ SQS/SNS).
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience with SWIFT technologies and infrastructure (Alliance Cloud Alliance Access Alliance Gateway Alliance Web Platform).
Knowledge of HSM Alliance Connect and related components.
Experience with Python development and scripting.
Exposure to agile methodologies and tools (JIRA Confluence SharePoint).
REST API development and XML/SQL skills.
Tools & Technical Skills
SWIFT products and services.
UNIX/Linux administration.
SQL XML Excel.
REST API development.
Python (object-oriented programming).
JIRA Confluence SharePoint.
