Job Description
Oracle HR Helpdesk
Location: Pan India
Exp: 5Yrs
JD:
- Candidate should have working experience in Oracle Fusion HCM.
- Candidate should have performed end to end implementation of Oracle HR Helpdesk module
- Develop and document functional specifications based on client requirements and design custom solutions within the Oracle HRHD framework.
- Configure Oracle HRHD modules and maintain configuration workbook
- Guide clients through OTBI Analytics and Dashboard design
- Guide clients through application security design and implementation and testing
- Build test cases and test scripts to conduct thorough testing of Oracle HRHD configurations to ensure accuracy reliability and compliance with client needs
- Offer ongoing support troubleshooting and maintenance services to ensure the continued effectiveness and efficiency of Oracle HRHD systems.
- Maintain documentation of project implementations configurations and changes to assist with future troubleshooting and upgrades.
- Should have good communication skills - verbal and written
