Candidate should have performed end to end implementation of Oracle HR Helpdesk module
Develop and document functional specifications based on client requirements and design custom solutions within the Oracle HRHD framework.
Configure Oracle HRHD modules and maintain configuration workbook
Guide clients through OTBI Analytics and Dashboard design
Guide clients through application security design and implementation and testing
Build test cases and test scripts to conduct thorough testing of Oracle HRHD configurations to ensure accuracy reliability and compliance with client needs
Offer ongoing support troubleshooting and maintenance services to ensure the continued effectiveness and efficiency of Oracle HRHD systems.
Maintain documentation of project implementations configurations and changes to assist with future troubleshooting and upgrades.
Should have good communication skills - verbal and written
