Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Applications and SQL Developer to design develop and modify software applications databases and ETL processes to support complex business and data requirements. This role will work closely with technical SMEs and stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery of enterprise-level solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Design develop and modify software applications as needed.
- Build enhance and optimize relational and multidimensional database structures relationships data flows and data interfaces within a data warehouse environment.
- Develop and modify ETL processes to Extract Transform and Load data from various sources.
- Analyze and adapt data structures to evolving business needs and enhanced functionality.
- Apply programming best practices development methodologies and organizational standards to create and maintain scalable systems.
- Conduct unit testing and debugging prior to stakeholder delivery.
- Participate in requirements gathering technical design testing documentation and project planning.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define objectives functions and technical alternatives; recommend optimal solutions.
- Prepare documentation including technical specifications diagrams and data flow charts for new and existing functionality.
- Support functional teams in the development of test plans test scripts and test scenarios.
- Communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Establish and maintain strong collaborative working relationships across diverse teams.
Mandatory Requirements:
- 7 years of experience using Visual Studio and C#
- 7 years of experience with SQL Server/RDBMS
- Strong proficiency in writing and debugging C# code (examples required in resume)
- Strong proficiency in writing SQL queries and stored procedures (examples required in resume)
- Experience with RESTful APIs and JSON
- Experience Framework Core
- Knowledge of query optimization and performance tuning
Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience with MongoDB Postgres or Cassandra
- MVC Blazor and design patterns
- HTML and web development skills
- Power BI and data visualization
- Python scripting and automation
- XSLT LINQ SVN
- GIS platforms (GTECH ESRI)
- AMI (Itron) Multispeak and SQL Server spatial functions
- SOAP Web Services
- PI System
- Windows API
