3-5 Must Haves	Figma Portfolio link representing background in both UI and UX UI patterns

Required Skills : 5 years of experience in product design with a portfolio showcasing impactful work across digital products and features. Strong foundation in interaction and visual design including layout typography and responsive design principles. Proven ability to connect design decisions to broader product strategy and user goals. Deep understanding of user-centered design methodologies and how to apply them in real-world scenarios. Expert-level proficiency in Figmaincluding components variants prototyping and branching. Experience with prototyping tools; motion design capabilities are a plus. Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2 AA) and inclusive design practices. Familiarity with agile workflows and collaboration with development teams. Experience working alongside UX researchers and applying research insights to design decisions.
