Job Description

- This is What We Are Looking For: Support issue management and daily resolutions in our IT ticket systems for UKG WFM in alignment with Service SLAs
- Responsible to work with users to resolve accrual discrepancies based on Dec 2024 balances their current plan and years of service time taken and manage system updates to resolve issues.
- Troubleshooting capabilities familiar with UKGWFM business structures and data management
- Work with Payroll to support any data issues provide data analysis and corrections as needed in exports manually to meet expected out needs.
- Support audit events/requirements as needed related to your applications and data management therein as required
- Support manual data corrections until automation of WD person import file identify new discrepancies and recommend changes or updates.
Required Skills : What We are Looking For: Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent work experience 5-7 years of experience with UKG WFM Dimensions Experience working in at least 1 Implementation project including Payroll Time Management and ERP Integration(s) Experience with UKG Dimensions UKG Ultipro Awareness of SAP Workday integration configuration and support Awareness of Workday Tress and ADP in areas of Payroll Benefits Tax management Must have proven ability to perform configuration or customization in Time Management and Payroll systems Experience with reporting in WFM and Ultipro Expert in data management analysis Strong interpersonal and communication skills Strategic thinking and thought leadership capabilities
