UI/UX Designer Contingent Worker (Information Technology)

Contract

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to create elegant intuitive and conversion-optimized experiences for VF Corps eCommerce products. You will work with product managers engineers and cross-functional teams to design user-centered solutions that meet both business goals and customer needs.

Responsibilities:Responsibilities:

Design user experiences for websites mobile apps and other digital touchpoints.

Conduct user research usability testing and competitor analysis to guide design decisions.

Create wireframes prototypes and high-fidelity UI designs following brand guidelines.

Design user journeys that feel effortless and drive conversion.

Collaborate with engineers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.

Use analytics (heatmaps A/B testing) to iterate and improve user experiences.

Stay current on design trends tools and eCommerce best practices.

Innovate and challenge existing user experience flows.

Required Skills:

Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end eCommerce design projects (web mobile).

Proficiency with design tools (Figma Sketch Adobe XD etc.).

Deep understanding of responsive and mobile-first design.

Experience with user research and data-driven design.

Strong visual interaction and storytelling skills.

Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end capabilities (a plus).

Familiarity with accessibility standards SEO considerations and performance optimization
