StepChange Consulting is expanding into Iberia with a new office in Lisbon and were hiring exceptional talent with experience from top-tier strategy and management consulting firms to join our international team.
We are a specialist consultancy working with leading clients across Europe North America and Latin America in the forestry pulp paper and packaging sectors. Unlike generalist firms we combine boardroom-level strategy with hands-on operational execution delivering measurable top- and bottom-line results.
Tasks
- Collaborate directly with C-level and senior executives on international projects
- Develop strategies to tackle industry challenges
- Participate or lead projects across Europe and beyond
- Contribute to business development and grow our Operations in Iberia and beyond
- Represent StepChange at global conferences and industry platforms
Requirements
Minimum 2 years at a top-tier strategy consulting firm
Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong academic and professional track record
Experience to industrial/manufacturing clients is a plus
Willingness to travel and connect with clients anywhere and anytime
Strong functional expertise from strategy to execution in areas such as:
Sales & supply chain
Manufacturing & maintenance
Restructuring & organisational design
Procurement (strategy & execution)
Market & operational due diligence
Energy strategy
Business-driven digital transformation
Fluent in English; additional languages welcome.
Entrepreneurial mindset with ambition to progress to partner level
High emotional intelligence and leadership skills
