Must-Have Requirements
- Proven experience architecting enterprise-level supply chain solutions ideally across direct and indirect procurement warehouse operations and finance.
- Strong background in ERP systems (Oracle preferred) with a focus on roadmap definition and strategic alignment not just implementation.
- Ability to consult with C-level executives (CIO Chief Procurement Officer) and cross-functional teams to define and execute a long-term supply chain strategy.
- Familiarity with recipe management systems and the ability to evaluate technologies that optimize waste reduction environmental impact and cost control.
- Technical breadth across multiple programming languages and platforms with a mindset geared toward architecture and innovation.
- Experience working in complex matrixed organizations driving results through indirect leadership and collaboration with shared services and centers of excellence.
Nice-to-Have Plusses
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders across IT procurement and operations.
- Background in hospitality food & beverage or retail industries especially with exposure to automation and AI-driven supply chain solutions.
- Experience building business cases and evaluating end-to-end supply chain capabilities including POS integration and vendor selection.
- Familiarity with change management and the ability to assess what stays in Oracle vs. what shifts to industry-specific platforms.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Insight Global is looking for a Supply Chain Technical Architect to join our large enterprise casino operator clients team! This role is a strategic role that will be working within IT helping define and execute the future of supply chain operations. Youll help lead the development of a comprehensive roadmap evaluating current-state processes and identifying opportunities for automation efficiency and sustainability. Youll work closely with executive leadership warehouse teams finance and culinary operations to assess recipe management systems reduce waste and improve cost visibility. While the role starts as a short-term engagement (flexibility required for Pacific Time meetings and executive engagements) the ideal candidate will be considered for a long-term full-time position. If considered for full time this candidate would be required to move to Las Vegas and the role would transition to hybrid with two days on site.
