About the Role: We are seeking dynamic and motivated IT Finance / TBM Consultants to join our Technology Transformation practice. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of IT financial management expertise strong analytical skills and business consulting experience. You will partner with global teams to deliver Technology Business Management (TBM) solutions that enable cost transparency optimize IT investments and drive measurable value for clients.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a track lead on IT Finance / TBM consulting engagements for clients.
Execute consulting projects in a global delivery model collaborating across regions.
Contribute to consulting offerings internal initiatives and practice development.
Support knowledge management efforts to deliver value-added TBM services.
Enable clients with IT financial planning budgeting and forecasting capabilities.
Drive IT cost transparency and showback models supporting governance and financial discipline.
Analyze the financial impact of emerging technologies (Cloud AI etc.) and advise clients on ROI and optimization strategies.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in IT spend optimization and cost management discipline.
Required Skills & Qualifications
6-10 years of experience in IT Financial Management / Technology Business Management.
Hands-on expertise with Apptio Cloudability Nicus or other IT Finance tools.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (IF statements VLOOKUP HLOOKUP pivot tables macros).
Strong ability to work with large datasets detect anomalies and resolve data issues.
Proven experience in IT planning forecasting and cost transparency models.
Strong understanding of IT costing strategies TCO ROI and intercompany cost allocation.
Excellent communication presentation and problem-solving skills.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Willingness to travel as per project needs.
Nice to Have
TBM certification (TBMA ACP ACE) or equivalent IT Finance certifications.
Experience in multi-product / multi-segment finance roles within IT.
Knowledge of Cloud and Network services pricing & economics procurement and operations.
Exposure to FinOps Cloudability and IT benchmarking practices.
