Job Description
Role Overview
As a Senior Backend Engineer youll own and expand Titans trading and account management systems that process millions in daily client transactions. Youll:
- Enhance trading infrastructure and support new financial products and account types.
- Build and optimize the automated portfolio management system.
- Handle large-scale real-time message processing to keep accounts in sync.
- Ensure system stability scalability and security.
- Collaborate with design product and client experience teams to deliver seamless innovative features.
- Mentor and guide other engineers contributing to a culture of technical excellence.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong background in TypeScript and JavaScript.
- Experience with real-time complex external APIs.
- Prior experience mentoring or leading engineers.
- Strong computer science fundamentals (CS degree preferred).
- Startup mentality-comfortable working in a fast-paced high-impact environment.
- High integrity and sense of responsibility aligned with Titans fiduciary duty to clients.
