Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop and maintain scalable platform components and reusable modules using Python Java and ReactJS.
- Integrate and utilize Large Language Models (LLMs) Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) enterprise search and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
- Build document and maintain RESTful APIs to enable seamless integration across platforms.
- Design and implement efficient data models and queries using SQL / NoSQL.
- Collaborate with designers product managers and engineering teams to deliver scalable software solutions.
- Write clean structured and maintainable code across backend and frontend domains.
- Participate in code reviews offering and incorporating constructive feedback.
- Diagnose debug and resolve application and performance issues.
Required Skills & Qualification:
- 57 years experience in software development (full stack preferred).
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
- Proficiency in Python with hands-on experience building APIs and backend services.
- Experience with Java (Spring Boot basics).
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database design.
- Hands-on expertise in JavaScript (ReactJS/Redux) Flutter HTML CSS JQuery HTTP.
- Familiarity with LLMs (Large Language Models) Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) enterprise search and integrating with Model Context Protocol (MCP).
- Experience integrating and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Strong problem-solving debugging and communication skills.
Good to have:
- Experience building search and discovery features or integrating enterprise search frameworks.
- Experience building and deploying apps using Flutter.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative development practices.
- Exposure to cloud infrastructure and DevOps/CI/CD pipelines.
- Prior experience in high-performance modular or distributed systems.
