Job Summary
About the Role
Client is seeking a Product Owner to drive the development and integration of an AI-enabled product in collaboration with multiple business units strategy analytics and technology teams. This role requires a strong leader who can refine the product vision translate business needs into actionable requirements and guide cross-functional squads through the Agile process.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the product vision roadmap and backlog.
- Collaborate closely with UX engineering data science and business stakeholders.
- Prioritize and refine features ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Manage sprints backlog grooming and product delivery activities.
- Serve as the primary liaison between development teams and stakeholders ensuring requirements are clearly defined and met.
- Facilitate communication and resolve issues across teams.
- Drive the integration of AI solutions into business processes.
- Uphold Agile principles adapt to change and manage conflicting stakeholder needs.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager with successful delivery of data-driven or AI-enabled products.
- Agile certification required (e.g. CSPO PSPO SAFe Agile ACE Agile).
- Strong expertise in Jira for backlog sprint and product management.
- Deep understanding of the full product lifecycle.
- Excellent communication presentation and facilitation skills.
- Strong leadership organizational analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to balance technical expertise with business acumen.
- Demonstrated skill in managing and aligning conflicting stakeholder priorities.
