Job Description

Job Title: PACS Imaging Analyst
Location: Chicago IL (3 days/Week)
What is in it for you
We are looking for a Imaging Analyst to manage technical incidents coordinate with vendors and ensure smooth operations across Imaging Informatics applications like Merge PACS and PowerScribe.
Responsibilities: -
  • Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow incidents related to Merge PACS PowerScribe One/360 and Fuji Synapse.
  • Collaborate with SMEs and vendors for application issue resolution and migration clean-up.
  • Monitor and triage Imaging Informatics tickets throughout the day.
  • Provide regular updates to operational stakeholders on application health and issues.
  • Participate in team huddles and operational meetings to stay aligned with project goals.
Skills:
Mandatory skills
  • Hands-on experience with Imaging Informatics systems like PACS and PowerScribe.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in healthcare IT environments.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow ticketing and incident management.
  • Ability to coordinate with vendors and internal teams effectively.
Good communication skills for stakeholder updates and collaboration.
Good to have skills: -
  • Knowledge of Epic and VNA workflows.
  • Experience in healthcare data migration and clean-up tasks.
  • Understanding of HL7/DICOM standards.
  • Exposure to operational reporting and analytics.
  • Prior involvement in KTLO (Keep the Lights On) support roles.
