Job Description
- Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow incidents related to Merge PACS PowerScribe One/360 and Fuji Synapse.
- Collaborate with SMEs and vendors for application issue resolution and migration clean-up.
- Monitor and triage Imaging Informatics tickets throughout the day.
- Provide regular updates to operational stakeholders on application health and issues.
- Participate in team huddles and operational meetings to stay aligned with project goals.
- Hands-on experience with Imaging Informatics systems like PACS and PowerScribe.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in healthcare IT environments.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow ticketing and incident management.
- Ability to coordinate with vendors and internal teams effectively.
- Knowledge of Epic and VNA workflows.
- Experience in healthcare data migration and clean-up tasks.
- Understanding of HL7/DICOM standards.
- Exposure to operational reporting and analytics.
- Prior involvement in KTLO (Keep the Lights On) support roles.
