Job Description
Job Title: Senior UX Designer (Figma Adobe XD Accessibility Agile Prototyping)
Location: Austin TX (Hybrid - Local candidates)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Mandatory Qualifications- Hands-on experience designing user interfaces and experiences for enterprise systems including wireframes prototypes and visual hierarchies using tools like Figma Adobe XD and Sketch.
- Proven ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams translating business needs into intuitive design solutions that align with accessibility and branding standards.
- Strong knowledge of UX design principles such as hierarchy contrast and alignment to create responsive and accessible web and mobile interfaces.
- Experience creating wireframes and prototypes that support agile development cycles including sketch-to-visual fidelity transitions.
- Experience designing graphical diagrams and visual narratives to communicate timelines workflows and system architecture.
- Ability to facilitate design workshops and feedback sessions with stakeholders ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Human-Computer Interaction Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple design streams across concurrent work efforts.
- Design user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for enterprise systems ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with developers business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
- Develop wireframes interactive prototypes and high-fidelity mockups to support iterative agile development processes.
- Conduct design reviews incorporate feedback and continuously improve user experience and accessibility.
- Present design concepts and workflows to stakeholders to build consensus and guide implementation.
