Shift(s): Standard Business Hours PST
Hours/Week: Up to 20 hours per week (part-time)

Tekberry is looking for a highly qualified and motivated Project Manager to work with our client a world-class university and research center. Job Description:Stanford Universitys Office of the Chief Risk Officer (OCRO) and the Office of Compliance & Privacy (OCP) are transitioning their incident and issue management system to SAI360. To ensure successful execution Stanford requires a Project Manager to manage internal project activities enforce accountability and align implementation with business objectives.
The Project Manager will:

Serve as Stanfords internal project lead and counterpart to the SAI360 Product Manager.

Coordinate and secure internal resources across OCRO OCP and related units.

Enforce timelines milestones and task ownership in the SAI360 implementation plan.

Expedite decision-making escalate issues and remove barriers to progress.

Ensure alignment with Stanfords compliance risk and privacy management goals.

Provide timely updates on risks issues and status to Stanford leadership.

Support and participate in weekly/biweekly project meetings.

Ensure accuracy and availability of all project documentation in the SAI360 platform.

Deliver a final project close-out report.

Education: Bachelors degree required.

Experience: Minimum 10 years of project management experience.

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across compliance privacy risk and IT.

Strong executive-level communication and reporting skills.

Experience coordinating with vendor-side Product Managers and ensuring client-side accountability.

Demonstrated ability to manage timelines deliverables and escalation processes.

Excellent organizational and decision-making skills.

Local candidates preferred.

Background check required.

Familiarity with compliance privacy or risk management frameworks.

Previous higher education or healthcare project management experience.
