Position : Tableau Technical Lead Data Visualization & Reporting

Location : Houston TX (Onsite)

Term : C2C/W2/Full Time role

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled Tableau Technical Lead to spearhead the development of advanced dashboards and reports that drive business insights and decision-making. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Tableau strong SQL skills and experience leading data visualization initiatives across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design development and deployment of interactive Tableau dashboards and reports tailored to business needs.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective visualizations.
Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract transform and load data from various sources.
Ensure data accuracy performance optimization and visual consistency across Tableau solutions.
Establish and enforce Tableau development standards best practices and governance protocols.
Integrate Tableau with enterprise data platforms including cloud-based data warehouses (e.g. BigQuery Snowflake Redshift).
Work closely with data engineering and analytics teams to ensure seamless data flow and model alignment.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field.
8 years of experience in BI and data visualization with 5 years in Tableau development.
Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction transformation and analysis.
Experience with Tableau Server/Online administration performance tuning and user management.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Tableau Desktop and Server certifications.
Experience in automotive manufacturing or supply chain analytics.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP AWS Azure) and data lakes/warehouses.
