Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Database Administrator to ensure data integrity and accuracy in our Electronic Health Record system. The ideal candidate will possess strong SQL skills and a thorough understanding of clinical workflows to effectively identify and resolve data issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Validate and correct front desk data entry errors using SQL queries.
- Analyze service records for compliance and accuracy documenting data entry processes.
- Manage and clean duplicate patient records to ensure accurate reporting.
- Audit billing-related data ensuring proper coding and documentation.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to enhance data integrity.
Required Skills:
- Proficient in SQL for data querying and reporting.
- Experience with EHR systems preferably Mylnsight.
- Familiar with healthcare billing and insurance requirements (Medicaid Medicare Private).
- Understanding of ICD/CPT coding and E/M documentation standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
