Job Title:Program Manager

Place of work: Bethesda MD- Onsite role(Need local to DMV Area)
Security Clearance Public Trust minimum Secret preferred
Experience Requirements:
- 8-12 years total experience
- Minimum 7 years specialized in Information Technology
- Minimum 5 years managing Government contracts
- Experience in individual Project Management AND managing several related projects simultaneously
Education Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in discipline related to contract work OR business/technology field
- Alternative: 15 years applicable experience may substitute for degree
- With Masters Degree: 10 years general experience 5 years specialized experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- 10 years IT Program Manager experience (minimum 8 years in last 10 years)
- Active PMP certification from Project Management Institute
- Experience leading IT teams of 50 staff
- Prior federal government IT program management experience
- Fluent English communication skills
Functional Responsibilities:
- Coordinates and monitors scheduling pricing and technical performance
- Contract negotiation and contractual changes
- Ensures adherence to master plans and schedules
- Ensures projects completed on time and within budget
- Acts as advisor to program team
