Position: SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager
Location: Princeton NJ (Hybrid 3 Day Onsite in a Week)

| Technical Must have |
- Strong Knowledge of Azure Dev Ops
- SuccessFactors product knowledge: Understanding of the various modules within SuccessFactors (e.g. Employee Central EC Payroll ) and their functionality.
- Integration expertise: Knowledge of how SuccessFactors integrates with other HRIS or existing company systems (including understanding of the SAP ecosystem).
- Data migration and quality: Understanding of data migration strategies data cleansing processes and the importance of accurate data for successful implementation.

- Proven experience: Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end projects preferably with a focus on HRIS or cloud-based software particularly SuccessFactors EC Payroll implementations.
- Methodology knowledge: Familiarity with project management methodologies like Agile Waterfall or Hybrid.
- Strong planning and execution skills: Ability to define project scope goals and deliverables establish timelines and budgets allocate resources effectively monitor progress manage risks and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Problem-solving and decision-making: Capacity to address and resolve challenges promptly make informed decisions and guide the team towards solutions.
- Budget and resource management: Ability to plan manage and track project finances and ensure optimal utilization of resources.
