About the job
At Plannatech we are looking for a Mid Data Engineer to brings more experience to the team with a deeper understanding of data architecture and integration layers and hands-on experience in data system administration and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement efficient data architectures.
- Develop and maintain integrations using APIs.
- Administer and troubleshoot data systems and servers.
- Build pipelines using multiple programming languages including Java and GoLang.
- Work with Hadoop and Hive to manage large datasets.
- Utilize Git and GitLab for version control and team collaboration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or a related field or corresponding experience.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in data engineering or related roles.
- Strong understanding of data pipeline design and development.
- Experience with integration technologies and API design.
- Solid troubleshooting skills for data and system issues.
- Knowledge of data system administration and Hadoop ecosystem.
- Experience with SQL and SQL Server Python Java and GoLang Git/GitLab Apache Airflow Hadoop and Hive Spar SQL and Pyspark Linux YARN and HDFS.
- Assertive communication abilities and collaboration skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficient in English with a C1 level.
