Position Overview: As a Picker and Packer you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently selecting and packaging products for shipment to our customers. This role requires attention to detail physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: - Receive and process incoming orders from the warehouse management system - Locate and pick products from designated locations within the warehouse - Ensure accuracy of product selection and packaging - Pack and label products according to company standards - Prepare orders for shipment and load onto designated delivery vehicles - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Follow all safety procedures and protocols - Communicate any inventory discrepancies or issues to management Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred - Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Good communication skills - Basic computer skills - Must be able to work full-time and flexible hours as needed Contract Details: This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
