We are seeking a qualified CA(SA) or equivalent finance professional with strong experience in financial reporting statutory compliance and regulatory reporting. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial statements statutory submissions and supporting management with insights for decision-making. Key Responsibilities:
Preparation and review of monthly quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and other relevant frameworks.
Management of statutory and regulatory reporting ensuring compliance with applicable legislation.
Preparation of budgets forecasts and variance analysis for management reporting.
Liaising with auditors and providing supporting documentation for internal and external audits.
Leading process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.
Managing and coaching junior finance staff ensuring high-quality output and adherence to internal controls.
Requirements:
Chartered Accountant (SA) qualification or equivalent professional accreditation.
5 years experience in financial reporting regulatory compliance and statutory submissions.
Strong understanding of IFRS Companies Act and other relevant legislation.
Proven experience in audit liaison financial analysis and management reporting.
Excellent communication stakeholder management and leadership skills.
Proficiency in accounting and reporting systems such as SAP CaseWare Oracle or equivalent.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
