Position Purpose
The Purchasing Intern will support the Finance team in monitoring maintenance contracts verifying purchasing documents and ensuring smooth coordination between properties and the Cluster office.
Duties & Key Responsibilities
- Assist in reviewing and monitoring maintenance contracts and related operational documents across all properties.
- Support in checking and verifying delivery notes and receiving documents submitted by properties to the Cluster.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing in compliance with company policies.
- The Management reserves the right to change / extend this job description if necessary at any point of time during her / his employment
- Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualification
University student or recent graduate majoring in Economics Finance Business Administration or other related fields.
