We are currently seeking MD (Medical Doctor) and DO (Osteopathic Doctor) candidates specializing in Cardiology In this role you will play a crucial part in providing specialized medical care to patients with heart conditions. Your expertise will be instrumental in diagnosing treating and managing various cardiovascular diseases ensuring the well-being of our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting thorough patient consultations and medical examinations
• Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests such as ECGs echocardiograms and stress tests
• Developing comprehensive treatment plans for patients with heart conditions
• Performing interventional procedures including angioplasty and cardiac catheterization
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
• Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary
• Educating patients on heart disease prevention and management
• Participating in research studies and clinical trials related to cardiology

Requirements:

• Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
• Board certification in Cardiology
• Valid state medical license to practice as a Cardiologist
• Strong knowledge of cardiovascular diseases and treatment options
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care

Position Details:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-5p
• 1:5 general and STEMI call rotation
• Patient Volume: 17-20 per day
• Case Split: 90% clinical 10% administrative
• Opportunity to grow team and structural program
• Will oversee cardiology program at two facilities
• Support Staff: MDs APPs
• Preferred Experience: 7-10 years interventional preferred
• EMR: Epic
• Must be board-certified
