Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Run SQL queries and reports to validate and correct front desk and clinical data.
- Perform routine data audits on benefit assignments insurance relationships and checkout status.
- Identify missing or incorrect codes in E/M ICD/CPT billing and vaccination records.
- Assist in documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for data entry and reporting.
- Support cleanup of duplicate patient records to ensure EHR consistency.
Required Qualifications
- Associates or Bachelors degree in Health Information Technology Computer Science Healthcare Administration or related field.
- 2 years of experience working with EHR systems (Mylnsight preferred).
- Proficiency in SQL for data queries and reporting.
- Understanding of billing workflows insurance requirements and ICD/CPT codes.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in public health or clinical environments.
- Knowledge of Medicaid Medicare and Private Insurance processes.
- Strong attention to detail accuracy and organization.
- Ability to learn quickly and grow into advanced DBA responsibilities.
