Job Summary

The Compensation Analyst supports the development implementation and administration of compensation programs in the Philippines. This role involves analyzing salary data benchmarking roles and ensuring internal equity and market competitiveness. The analyst works closely with HR and Finance teams to maintain effective compensation structures aligned with business goals.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Conduct market pay benchmarking and job evaluations using internal and external data sources Support the design and maintenance of salary structures and pay grades
  • Develop and maintain salary structures pay grades and compensation models
  • Analyze compensation trends and provide insights for decision-making
  • Prepare reports and dashboards on compensation metrics
  • Collaborate with global HR Support on compensation-related queries
  • Support annual compensation cycles including merit increases promotions and bonus programs
  • Participate in global or regional compensation projects and initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Finance or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in compensation HR analytics or related roles
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills; familiarity with ADP Workforce Now and/or compensation tools is a plus
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential data
  • Experience working in BPO or multinational company a plus
