Job Summary
Now Hiring: Clinical Group Facilitator
Locations: Peoria AZ & Phoenix (Deer Valley) AZ
Do you have a passion for helping others achieve independence and rebuild their lives Join our team as a Clinical Group Facilitator where youll lead recovery-focused groups that empower members to set goals build skills and succeed in their community re-entry journey.
What Youll Do:
Facilitate interactive curriculum-based recovery groups
Keep members engaged through meaningful discussions & activities
Support personal recovery goals and life skills development
Document progress and share insights with the treatment team
Promote social skills job readiness and community success
Collaborate with therapists and care teams to enhance outcomes
What Were Looking For:
Meets Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) requirements:
Bachelors in behavioral health OR
Associate degree 2 yrs exp. OR
HS diploma/GED 4 yrs exp.
1 year of group facilitation experience (required)
Peer Support Specialist cert & lived recovery experience (preferred)
CPR/First Aid & Crisis De-escalation certs (required)
Strong communication teamwork and organization skills
Must be 21 and able to pass background drug TB and MVR checks
Work Setting:
Outpatient clinical environment with group/classroom facilitation plus occasional community activities. Must be comfortable standing speaking and engaging with groups for extended periods.
