Job Description

The selected candidate will:

Research and report on regulatory changes to ensure compliance including working with consultants to achieve compliance.

Develop and implement procedures for monitoring compliance guidelines

Assist with developing and performing training for all employees on compliance procedures.

Provide support and answer questions regarding policies.

Conduct product department and branch compliance reviews.

Re-train employees in the event of compliance guideline violation.

Enhance compliance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments

Required Qualifications

The successful candidates background will include:

High School Diploma required; college degree preferred. BS in Business Industrial Safety Environmental Engineering or equivalent five years experience in EH&S field.

1-3years experience in a compliance role for Company or related outside job experience. Compliance experience should include CCPA Prop 65 REACH RoHS Conflict Minerals general environmental and occupational safety and health.

Good communication skills/phone skills required

Computer skills including proficiency in Google Workspace
