Director of Sales Retail

Moorpark CA Full-Time $85000/year base Quarterly Bonus Incentives

GT Water Products Inc. a family-owned plumbing products manufacturer proudly made in the USA since 1971 is seeking an experienced Director of Sales Retail to lead and grow our retail sales channel. Youll manage major retail accounts develop strategies for merchandising and promotions and utilize NetSuite ERP and CRM to track forecasts opportunities and pipelines.

What Youll Do:

Manage and expand relationships with national and regional retailers

Lead product placement promotions and merchandising strategies

Provide training and support to retail partners to drive sales

Analyze sales data negotiate contracts and represent GT Water Products at trade shows

What Were Looking For:

35 years retail account management or sales experience (plumbing/hardware preferred)

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

Proficiency in NetSuite ERP and CRM

Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills

Willingness to travel regionally (3040%)
