Were on the lookout for a friendly reliable Casual Receptionist to join our Wairarapa Afterhours Health Service team. This is a great opportunity to pick up extra work while making a real difference in your community.

About the Role

As the first face our patients see youll play a key role in creating a welcoming and efficient experience for those seeking urgent care on weekends and public holidays.

You will be working at our Masterton-based clinic between 8.45 am and 5.00pm (Saturday Sunday and public holidays). Shifts available 8.45pm and 1pm or 8.45 and 5pm

What Youll Bring

Were looking for someone who:

Has strong admin and organisational skills

Communicates clearly and builds rapport with ease

Stays calm and collected under pressure

Can work independently and support a wider clinical and admin team

Has experience with point-of-sale systems (bonus points for Practice Management System experience (Indici) but not essential)!
