Job Title: Baby Room Leader
Location:5 Blyth Road Bromley BR1 3RS
Salary: Up to 32000 per annum
Hours: 5-day 41.25 hours and 4-day working options
Reports to: Nursery Manager
What You Bring:
- Passion and Expertise: A deep understanding of child development Birth to 5 Matters and the EYFS curriculum.
- Lead by Example: Inspire and guide your team creating a positive and engaging learning environment for children.
- Qualifications: A Level 2 qualification in Childcare and either actively working towards a Level 3 or already holding a Level 3 qualification.
- Strong Communication Skills: The ability to engage with children parents and your team providing clear and constructive feedback.
- Commitment to Safety: A strong focus on safeguarding health & safety and confidentiality ensuring a secure environment for all.
