We are currently looking for a Digital Performance Executive with 1-2 years experience in digital marketing to join our team. This is an entry level position based out of our Perth office and reporting into the Digital Performance Manager. This full-time role will help deliver quality advertising campaigns across key performance channels including Meta Google Ads & SEO.
About the role:
- Assist with setting up reporting and optimisation of paid performance campaigns across Meta and Google Ads.
- Set up and implement end-to-end campaign tracking including (but not limited to) UTM and conversion tracking for Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
- Day-to-day management and optimisation of digital advertising campaigns.
- Monthly reporting on campaign performance by analysing data interpreting metrics and providing insights and recommendations.
- Assist the Digital Performance Manager in building new client strategy proposals making a strong contribution to overall client strategies.
- Client campaign budget management.
- Use platforms such as Google Ads Facebook Ads Manager Google Analytics Google Tag Manager TikTok Business Centre.
About You:
- A team player with the ability to self-organise prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Experience with social media advertising on Facebook Ads Manager and Google Analytics (GA4). Experience with Google Ads is a plus.
- Experience with organic social media would be ideal but not essential.
- A passion for keeping up-to-date with the latest digital marketing and social trends.
- Strong communication skillsand enthusiasm.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail.
- Holds or is willing to obtain Facebook Blueprint and Google Ads certifications.
- A current drivers licence.
