Job Description
Job Title: Manager - Operations
Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Manager of Operations to oversee our Supply Chain department. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent leadership and communication skills. The Manager of Operations will be responsible for planning coordinating and supervising the daily operations of the department to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve the overall performance of the Supply Chain department
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication
- Manage a team of supply chain professionals providing guidance and support as needed
- Oversee inventory management including forecasting procurement and distribution
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies
- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives to enhance profitability
- Evaluate and onboard new vendors and suppliers as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a Supply Chain department
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
