About the role:
Remitly is hiring a Social Media Content Associate (Bilingual EN/ES) to join our Marketing team. This execution-first role reports to the Senior Manager of Global Social and helps scale organic publishing across TikTok Instagram YouTube Shorts X and Facebook. In this role youll help shape how Remitly shows up on the social platforms where our customers spend their time turning authentic voices and stories into content that builds trust and connection.
This role is based in Seattle WA with 3 days/week in office.
You Will:
Edit and publish short-form video across organic social channels
Support Spanish-language content creation and publishing
Source and adapt customer and community stories for branded content
Manage ambassador/creator content flow and prepare assets for publishing
Track performance and surface trend ideas
You Have:
13 years in social media marketing or related field.
Fluency in English and Spanish with ability to authentically represent Latin American diaspora communities.
Hands-on ability with video editing tools.
Voice and tone fluency for platform-native captions and copy.
Experience with social media management tools.
Comfort using metrics to guide decisions.
Compensation Details. The starting base salary range for this position is typically $69600 -$87000. In the U.S. Remitly employees are shareholders in our Company and equity is part of our total compensation plan.
