Seeking a proactive and experienced Employee Benefits Account Executive. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for clients managing their employee benefits programs providing strategic guidance and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal skills industry expertise and a consultative approach to client management.
Serve as the lead advisor to clients on employee benefits strategies plan designs renewals and compliance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with client HR teams and executive leadership.
Collaborate with internal account managers analysts and producers to deliver client solutions.
Conduct annual benefit reviews and renewal presentations.
Stay informed on industry trends healthcare reform and regulatory updates affecting employee benefits.
Work closely with carriers and vendors to negotiate plan renewals and ensure competitive benefit offerings.
