DescriptionIn This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Understand all aspects of PSS / PWS planning and how it interfaces with Oracle ASCP
- Coordinate with planning teams Supply Chain organization to ensure materials are available consistent with available capacity and customer requirements
- Develop and maintain capacity planning according to customer requirements. The primary output of this process is project plans that support customer expectations
- Develop / make improvements in the material and capacity planning process to achieve an optimal inventory level
- Collaborate with global planning to ensure the availability of materials in the iCenter
- Report key measures and information for sales and planning operations (forecast requirements)
- Schedule and conduct Sales Planning (POR) and Operations (SOP) meetings
- Coordinate forecast data synthesis for systems assembly with FSOs and ensure production schedule and forecast outlook are synchronized and fully updated. Organize periodic meetings with the FSOs to adjust the forecast data
- Communicate and coordinate the production schedule with project managers assembly engineering procurement team finance FSO and as appropriate within the supply chain organization
- Create preliminary plans for PWS projects
- Create the monthly operational report and ensure the accuracy of the data
- Create the calculation of contributions for PSS
- Create the monthly report corresponding to the volumes and types of cabinets delivered from iCenter
- Create the monthly report for WIP projects in collaboration with the Finance department.
- Create a quarterly report regarding the outsourced and internal projects

- Completed university studies
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Familiarity with POR and S&OP process reports
